Due to the concern about personal hygiene, all Medela products and accessories sold cannot be returned or refunded.
No exchange would be made for goods which has been unsealed, on sales, used, defected or water damaged. The company reserves the right to determine the conditions of the goods. Exchange of goods is based on the price of purchase stated in the sales invoice.
Your package will be arrived to your designated local address within 2-5 working days generally after receipt of your payment, and is shipped via local courier service (It may take longer time to arrive remote area or island). Delivery time will be within 5 working days during promotion period.
Free local delivery for a total invoice amount reaches HK$800.
If the total invoice amount is below HK$800, a fixed shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged, which includes handling and packing fees as well as courier fee. In case of deliver to remote area or island, additional courier fee will be charged (please inquire with our customer service at [email protected]).
For Symphony bresat pump, $300 will be charged if delivery service is required. In case of deliver to islands (cannot be accessed by trucks), extra $600 will be charged. In case of deliver to remote areas e.g. the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc, extra $300 will be charged.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Under special circumstance which required goods return, you are required to contact our customer service department (Tel: 2332 3366) in advance, and send back the product to our head office (Celki VitalAire: 21/F, Tins Enterprises Centre, 777 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon) at your own cost. Condition of product return applies as stated in our “Terms and Conditions”
